Lest you wonder with amazement,  jambo is the general Swahili word for hello. 

The word is coined from the word Hujambo which is singular for how are you? The response is Sijambo which simply means am fine.  Plural of the same is Hamjambo with the response Hatujambo.  He he,  that is a by the way.

Menopause

This is a period in a woman's life when she can no longer attend to monthly blood issue and so cannot be able to conceive. The age often comes after 40 or 50 years of age.  The period can be medically helped but as per now it is not reversible. 

We, men and women alike,  may also experience menopause in working,  investing and even cryptocurrency. It is a period whereby due to age, disease or lose of interest,  One can no longer actively participate in the activities they used to do in life.  Time will come when I will write no more.  My eyes are failing me and I either seek medication or go blind.  My age will not permit me to begin classes in braille.  So I won't write anymore. This calls for early preparation in case the inevitable happens. 

People have been involved in accidents and have remained invalids for life.  Some have remained in a coma for years.  We need to prepare.  

Though we make hay while the sun still shines,  we should know the best way to store the hay to be used at an appropriate time.........!! 

If you fail to prepare then you prepare to fail. 

Preparation remains to be not only an option but the best option out of the mess that looms.  I have seen people who have danced in riches all their lives become paupers and beggars when a catastrophe befalls them.  Their property have been sold to repay loans they took till life turned them to beggars.  We can stop this by preparing. 

People who have been rich have passed on and left their families in great need because of not preparing. Prepare! 

5 Simple Steps

• Since menopause is a reality and not reversible Put your children and wife in charge of various parts of your investments. Do not be selfish.  Do not guard your property against your family as if you are immortal.  You will not live forever.  Put your children in charge of sections of your business.  Let them also feel responsible.  Your wife or husband should be part of your investment plans.  Do not guard those passwords and pins as if you are a witch guarding your witchcraft.  Let the cat out of the basket. 
• Since menopause is real, Do not die intestate. Make your will early.  Ensure all family members get a share out of your earnings.  After all, you were sweating for them.  Let the will be equitable.  Hate should not control your making the will.  Do it with love.  Discrimination should be avoided at all times.

• Since menopause beckons at the door,  train others to do work for you. Actually I have espied many people who resist and suppress hard working person in their outfits.  They fear competition and are afraid of being snatched their positions.  Instead nurture these talents.  Make them so that when you will be low,  they take care of you.  Train people when you are still in your working spirits.  When you will have gone down,  the others will continue working for you as if nothing happened.  Do not wait when you will be out then you struggle to put those you trampled upon in power,  they will revenge and you won't like it. 
• Since menopause is knocking at the door, make sure you have saved for a rainy day.  Do not eat everything to clear.  Some boys in my village formed a very useless slogan.  Here it is. if it is found,  it is eaten till finished,  if it is finished,  it is searched till found and eaten till complete. There is no savings indicated here.  No investment is noted either.  They are eating as if there is no tomorrow. 
• Since menopause is arriving by the hour, eat with others. Make sure you pour some bread on the water(giving to others), so that in the period of menopause,  others will give you.  I have seen rich people who close themselves in a closet and do not like to associate with others,  when misfortune strikes them,  the others also refuse to associate with them.
