All hooked up and ready to roll. Except its not all hooked up. Its in whats known as SYNCING status. The Bobcat is trying to hook up with the block chain signal, which is constantly moving. The guy i bought it from said it took him 2 days and i have heard 18 days as the longest so far. I cant help but think, if the antenna were on the roof, i would have a better situation all around and should help with this issue. I could only find one cheap guy in a hurry like myself with the answers i wanted. You keep seeing the answer you dont want and eventually you will find someone as irresponsible as myself. So anyway he takes plumbers tape/teflon tape, if you go to any hardware store or sell out to the man and hit home depot and just ask for plumbers tape, everybody knows what it is. its not sticky but when you wrap it tight, it somehow sticks and creates a waterpreef seal. So he runs some of this around where the antenna screws in and covers that with electrical tape to waterproof as thats the only non waterproof spot. Then attach to a make shift board or something and some how run it out the window and you now have a roof mount. Ill buy the better antenna and some better mounting things in a week or so but for day 2 of syncing, im thinking, get this thing on that roof somehow. My house is set up so i could do this alot easier than many. I personally like these guys in India who just give away good information and down to earth Americans who arent selling you anything on youtube. Plus im sort of a "lets see if tape can fix it" character. I have the unit set up on the upstairs window sill and its like a small step ladder to get up there from the outside and its not at all steep. Its freezing in Chicago today so i will have to go up, asses the situation and rig something up. i BELIEVE THE BASE OF STOCK ANTENNA IS MAGNETIC but im thinking, figure out the set up and gorilla tape it to a pole or 2x4 inside so its warm and the stuff sticks well. I have dishes to wash, garbage to take out, piles of clothes everywhere and the floors still need to be mopped as its hit the 6 month mark. I always make it a point on dating apps to mention i own a home. The part where i live as if it were my mothers basement, i leave out. Besides, im looking for a Woman who can see the pure genius in my amazing thought processes. As far as im concerned, a machine that basically prints money should be priority number one!  I JUST WANT TO SEE IT CONNECTED TO THE CHAIN. iTS NOT SO MUCH ABOUT THE MONEY AS FAR I HOPE I GET ALOT OR A CERTAIN AMOUNT, I JUST STILL SOMEHOW WILL BELIEVE THIS WILL WORKL WHEN I SEE IT PLUS THE HOBBY OF IT AND THE KNOWLEDGE GAINED AND to be gained is thrilling. Puttering with anything is fun but this is a whole new level. I will probably never do the math of how long to break even. Its pointless torture unless you got some bitcoin miner where you have to factor electricity use. These hot spots use like a dollar or 2 a year, Anyway, im off to get some freaking tape and take controll of my life!!!!!
