Kingdom

Honestly, when I saw that this was an Asian Zombie series, I was skeptical.

The scenario is very original, because, often when we talk about series with zombies, it happens in our time to see the near future. In this series this is not the case, the story takes place during Korean medieval period called Joseon (which is between 1392 and 1897).

And on top of that, which I really appreciated, which for once, even the unfolding of the script is original. We do not end up with yet another backstory purely copy paste series that already exist.

We have a real plot specific to this series. Even if we are used to zombie series, we will not be able to determine what will happen, how the scenario will evolve. We have real surprises throughout the course of the story.

The acting is good, they play their characters perfectly, no exaggeration, and they are completely believable in their role.
The little extra that I appreciated is this power struggle that takes place at the same time and which, moreover, plays an essential role in the series.

You will understand, it is a series that I recommend for all fans of the genre.

About a year ago I discovered Netflix, I love it from day one. Finally films and series without being inundated with advertising, only happiness.
