What Happened?

A United States Federal Court has just released a ruling that President Donald Trump “overstepped his authority” with the whopping tariffs placed on global imports, mainly on China.

A Second Ruling

The International Trade Court ruled that the emergency law invoked by the White House does not give authority to place these whopping tariffs on a global level.

The Appeal

Within mere minutes after these rulings were released the Trump administration filed an appeal.
