AI - Midjourney: "In My Brain to feel pain"
A ridiculous title I have to admit, but it conjures the idea that in this modern era of high-tech, Internet driven information creation and sourcing; has it gone too far, is the `information-age’ accelerating at such pace, to soon be beyond Human to control, at its peril?
The ubiquitous, and pervasive presence of global access to Wi-Fi - every man, women, and even children have the unbridled opportunity to speak to the rest of us, to espouse original, or regurgitated mental manifestations. The unfortunate aspect being – the factual distortion of `truth to expression’.
The recent explosion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms such as OpenAI.ai making possible public access to Chat GPT, a text driven Chat-bot, has only accelerated the inundation of human initiated, process of information generation. Leaving to the recipient of such to question its veracity.
It would seem impossible for anyone, even the casual observer evaluating the trajectory these advancements in technology, to not conclude their potential might lead to a disastrous future for humanity.
Case-in-point: In short order, newly presented to the general public are Artificial Intelligence platforms capable even to the novice, to transform their limitless conjuring of natural language text, into limitless forms of digital image, video, and audio composition of expression such as from:

- Murf.ai -AI Voice-over generation
- Melobytes.ai -AI Video/Audio generation
- Cleverbot.ai – AI Chat-bot

- OpenAI.ai – DALL-E2 Digital Images from natural language and CHAT GPT 3
- App.resemble.ai – AI Voice Generator and Voice Cloning
…..and these are but of the few, more widely known, with many being presented daily.
To anyone familiar with the heady days of the Internet’s first arrival on the public scene, a time when anyone with reasonable computer capability, modem-connection, and modicum of coding talent could generate and upload their version of a Web-site which by today’s standard would be armature, and laughable. To a lessor degree one could argue, this is the present stage for Artificial Intelligence as a tool available for the general public to explore, and become excited to its potential.
However at the same time it is not difficult to anticipate this infancy stage will be short lived given the sophistication of computer hardware, processing speed and advancement in developer coding contributing to accelerating beyond the time-line for the Internet.
In the end, it is effectively too early to draw any definitive conclusion to exactly where Humanity will land, or when it will come to realize for better, or for worse: Artificial Intelligence proliferated by high-speed 5G Wi-Fi communication networks will best advantage our many Minds, or just spoil the soup<?>!
