Unless you are of the mind to imagine, or pursue the belief that Unidentified Flying Objects or as per the newest of labels: A.U.P.’s – Arial Unidentified Phenomenon are a reality; it would be a strange coincidence for you to have heard reference to, or detail about PROJECT SEPRO.

That said, if in the past forty-five years you have experienced, or at least be aware of Steven Spielberg’s 1977 epic movie release: CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND, you may be closer to knowing of the secret project than you may think.

The preponderance of UFO curiosity, and acclaimed government cover-up emanates from the 1947 ROSEWELL1 incident; the purported crash, and recovery of an extraterrestrial craft and its alien occupants.

Throughout the 1950’s sightings of strange Arial-craft being reported by the public on all continents became so abundant; to appease the situation the government initiated an Air-force led Project Blue Book (1952-1969) 2to undertake a comprehensive investigation of all reported incidents.

At its conclusion in 1969, the final report essentially dismissed the publics’ hysteria by stating the majority of reported incidents to be explainable but too, purposely or not, leaving the door wide open to further speculation. And an open channel for a multitude of conspiracy theorists and those of the sci-fi genre of every description, to fill the void of truth and reality that needed explaining. In the end, essentially turning the topic of UFO’s and their alien occupants a source of comic relief, and ridicule for anyone brave enough to report of such things in the sky.

It wasn’t until the early 1990’s, the popular television series: The X-files3 (1993-2002), saw a  resurgence of public interest given the alluded to prominence of evidence originating from whistleblowers, and conspiratorial theories being the source for many of the scripts. Featured were `those in the know’ personified by different shadowy characters, one especially known as “Deep Throat” – the emissary to the hidden secrets and truth held by the Deep State4, Black-Ops5 and in underground lairs known as Area 516 and Groom Lake.

So here it is now 2022, and the question: “Are UFO/AUP’s of possible extraterrestrial origin, and their Alien operators a reality?” is still being asked.

However, unlike prior decades when such sightings were difficult to capture as real evidence to their presence being experienced; today with the ubiquitous presence of high-resolution smart-phone cameras, the Internet has become inundated with irrefutable video evidence of personal sightings. This has spawned a whole industry of UFO-ologist, private investigators, and independent documentarians to pursue the matter. Ease of presentation on platforms such as  YouTube, Facebook and other social-media channels to document these experiences serving to amplify the public-cry the government to make full disclosure on what is known and kept form public scrutiny since the ROSEWELL incident of 1947.

So what is PROJECT SEPRO?

Now knowing from the above described `history’ in the evolution of the subject, it is essential to best comprehend what follows, to accept the belief: Aliens and their superior craft, capable of traveling several light-years distance throughout the Milky-Way Galaxy to which Earth and other planets comprising this Solar System – are a reality.

The recovery of a crashed space-craft – flying saucer known as the ROSEWELL incident, both the extensively damaged craft, and the bodies of four alien occupants of whom three perished, and one remained alive. In the intervening period of 1947 until the EBE’s (Extraterrestrial Biological Entity) death in 1952 from indeterminate health issues, the United States Military and Intelligence agency, at Area 51 underground facility were able improvise a means of verbal-sign language means of communication. The EBE-1 as the alien had been named,  disclosed its origin planet to be Zeta Reticuli 7 the southern constellation of Reticulum.

To go into the full sequence of events from this point forward to the present is well documented and sourced here: http://www.serpo.org/index.php; however, what transpired as a result of EBE-1’s disclosure and willingness to co-operate led to a communication channel being opened between Earth in the name of the United States Military and Intelligence complex and the Home planet with the intent of a possible exchange program between Earth representatives and those of Zeta Reticuli to which agreement to be undertaken 10 years hence, or approximately 1962.

With full disclosure and approval of President Kennedy to undertake and exchange program highly trained and qualified representatives of Earth were chosen from the ranks of military, science, etc., for the task of boarding an extraterrestrial craft to Zeta Reticuli for a two-year period to gather science, technology and societal norms of its inhabitants known as the EBEN.

What transpired according to the record, and suggested to be the closing sequence of Spielberg’s Close Encounter of the Third Kind:

  “In 1965, we had an exchange program with the aliens. We carefully selected 12 military personnel; ten men and two women. They were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The 12 were skilled in various specialties.
 Near the northern part of the Nevada Test Site, the aliens landed and the 12 Americans left. One entity was left on Earth. The original plan was for our 12 people to stay 10 years and then return to Earth.
 But something went wrong. The 12 remained until 1978, when they were returned to the same location in Nevada. Seven men and one woman returned. Two died on the alien's home planet. Four others decided to remain, according to the returnees. Of the eight that returned, all have died. The last survivor died in 2002.”8

As for myself, having personally witnessed what can only be termed a U.F.O. while visiting relatives in Phoenix Arizona in 2015, and subsequently, the same craft witnessed in other parts of the globe, I am a believer: We are not alone!
