Failed

Entering the darkness into the cave of thought
I seek to challenge and conquer my fears
Fears that time’s exposure has brought
With ambition to quell the tears
And with this higher wisdom sought
Give strength to take me forward into the years

As a humble soul birthed to this life
I am burdened with mind to question reason
Why the world and its people in this life
Season upon millennia’s season
Slay one another by voice, by knife

So deep is the pain that I feel
The heavy burden to live this life
Is for want to wish it repealed
To finally end this agony, this strife

Take notice creator(s) of this realm
You have failed in your unspoken goal
No longer are you master of the helm

Lost is humanity – as is their Soul
