The year of P2E and the ALTCOIN

The year of P2E and the ALTCOIN

If one were to look at crypto projects from the perspective of say that similar to the fan of a sports team then you would have better disparity in the market but then ignoring all financial dynamics and proven trend research and the whole Blockchain universe would fail or at the very least would fall into the sphere of conversation with "POGS" a short lived early 90s slammer game which seen the player acquire round cardboard graphic pieces called "Milk Caps" and used the heavier "slammer" pieced toi disrupt the stack and kept any face up pieces. This game was popular around the time i was in 4th grade and it was very short lived. Ironically POGS has nothing to do with crypto or anything close to digital currency other than the main device in the game was shaped like a coin and cryptocurrency uses coin as a moniker of sorts to describe its shares if you will i just thought it a trip down memory lane would be a good way to come out the gate today so there you go....

Before we go any further, to be clear to make sure no one follows my words verbatim and finds themselves standing on the ledge regretting financial decisions based largely off information or opinions read in my post to give perspective I am not a crypto genius nor am I Warren Buffets financial advisor. Im just an average Joe who has learned the ropes in the crypto-verse really through small investments and small risk coupled with gradual learning, by gradual i mean when i see terms or ideas appear over and over again to the point of their popularity is undeniable. So I'm giving you some names that obviously you have heard before but instead of throwing complex terms out there that require even more time and research I'm giving some coins from a primitive methodology so professionals keep your comments to a minimum cause like I said I'm just throwing ideas out there based coins I think have a good purpose, history, and good dedicated teams backing them. Note Ethereum is excluded because everyone knows it's value and the idea to invest in it isn't new. Really I think the biggest revolution in finance and entertainment is taking place the heights of which are yet to come and are gonna be huge.

Play 2 Earn platforms and their native tokens:

Examples include MANA, Sandbox, defi kingdoms, and to name so yet to take the stage Metacade, Tomedoge, and Lucky block....tip of the ice berg is an understatement. The p2earn space seems to be gaining momentum without any signs of slowing down especially with new integration models for various fancy sounding protocols as well as traditional investors and new alike migrating away from national currencies because of a Marriott of reasons ranging from lack of confidence to just seeking new and unique opportunities to earn money and the crypto spaces P2E universe is a unique spin on a traditional past time that being video games. This sector will only grow and I promise in 10 years all console and CPU games alike with have there own tokenomices. The days of grinding to level up a character and earn coin that only can be spent on items in game will be gone and the already Goliath that is rpg gaming will merge with P2E and what will emerge will be a revolution in gaming as we know it that honestly could be a revolution in finance altogether. Video games have been ridiculed by critics whether it be parents of a generation that just don't understand the beauty in an innocent escape from reality and ostracize video games for keeping their kids inside to much or bureaucratic know-it-alls who claim video games invoke violence because young people mimic their end game avatars in real life even though their is absolutely zero evidence or research to prove this in fact it much of it proves the contrary. As "generation Nintendo" graduates from the future to leaders to the present trend setting powers that be gone will be gaming stigmas and an economy strengthened and made versatile by video games and play to earn platforms will be born. The possibilities are unpredictable and you can quote me P2E video games will one day be a staple of economy if not driving them at the very least the will be the one of the mechanisms that are driven.

(*Some of the percentages are not exact to the number they are approx.'s, really more of a catalyst to encourage to  DYOR)

Litecoin:

$93.52

Market Cap: $6,750,448,671

Litecoin has been on a tear recently, the past 90 days it has went up 60% past 30 days it's went up 30%. In my opinion Litecoin has been the most consistent and best investment outside of Bitcoin. Anytime you see it dip to low values due to the market it always recovers quickly. For newcomers to crypto I'm always saying when you see things you don't know to look them up and do some reading, here's food for thought on August 4th, 2023 Litecoin will have a "halving" event that will reduce the amount coin minted per block mined from 12.5 to 6.25. why is this important aside from the obvious implications to miners it should impact the price of Litecoin because the law of supply and demand says when the demand for something remains but the supply decreased the price for that said commodity increases. Essentially what a halving event is to wrangle or at least maintain some centralization over a coin and to fight inflation because most coins have a max number of coins that can be minted and once that is reached then...no mas, halving slows the inevitable scaling and disparity issues you run into if you will when the triple headed dragon of assets, capitalism, and popularity play a role, so coins have to reduce the reward miners get for each block mined. (I'm still learning about halving but thats the meat of it)  Litecoin was created two years after Bitcoin and was meant as an upgrade to the king of coins and it really from the viewpoint of practicality and ignoring market influence it is Bitcoins better younger brother in almost every way however money talks and if I had to choose between receiving one LTC for $90 or 1 BTC for $23,000.....hmmm let me think. Having said that LTC solves issues BTC creates such as scalability. LTC is substantially faster in transactions per. For all intents and purposes it is "Bitcoin 2.0" and the interest and in turn the price of Litecoin is gonna continue to rise in my opinion.

SOLANA:

$23.67

Market Cap: $8,796,944,482

If I was giving nicknames to coins then Solana would be the undisputed "Phoenix" or "come back kid" because anytime there is market volatility or the inevitable market rumor crunch and SOL takes a hit and reaches all time lows everyone will murmur of it's death and everytime the market rebounds SOL comes back faster and with a unseen but real determination, really makes this coin one that is a must to at least know it's history and it's purpose. Despite talks of it's supposed ties to FTX and Sam Bankman-Fraud and after the price fell following the exchanges collapse, the head people at Solana Labs put word out dismissing rumors and reassuring investors of their resolve and dedication to hard work. A strong team working on a project is really the X factor in determining a coins value because many times these coins don't have millions of employees around the globe per market value comparablyto other large companies crypto teams are very small so a strong committed team is essential because some coins had it not be for the teams and in some cases the man behind them the damage or the hit that some have received in the market they would have never survived an example of this is in Luna classic, a mishap in May seen the coin go from a value of $100 to $0 in mere hours but the projects leader and founder Do Kwon rallied or did in my opinion brilliant damage control that is not talked about enough and after the smoke cleared has managed to keep the project afloat and when compared to the mess that it found itself in honestly I don't see how one could say it's anything but admirable. Now I understand that many investors may have lost their money and there might have been wrongdoing I'm not speaking on that I'm simply speaking from the standpoint of a person was confronted with a challenge and confronted with the possible demise of their project and their ability to push through those things and the morality of the issue aside. It is in this region that I think Solana is an excellent altcoin to keep an eye on not to mention countless web3, Defi, etc etc projects run off the Solana Blockchain.

Aptos:

$16.35

Market Cap: $2,619,294,125

A relatively new token really only coming to be traded publicly and with any notoriety in late 2022 at which time the price plummeted a bit but that doesn't always define a crypto coins destiny. Like many in honesty too many crypto "projects" we focus on the coin and the value it's coated with and although this is a good sign of a projects current popularity and trading trend ability it doesn't tell you what makes it tick nor what it is at it's core and these are the things that ultimately will determine whether a coin rises or falls, whether it becomes the next "(specific coin)" killer or not. Three components ring true when researching a coin and it's future success probability algorithmic dynamics, necessity as in the projects migrating to use the coins Blockchain, and the logistics i.e. the people and the material infrastructure supporting the project. Aptos has a lot of these going for it as well as being able to boast of having some of the best funding in the history of a cryptos project launch, it's pegged as the Solana killer....that's a big statement but all this stems from a problem unforseen in the crypto world the meteoric rise in popularity of NFTs has put strains on even the most structured projects claims to transaction per second putting even the most dominant of networks on the sidelines being overwhelmed with transactions. Aptos came in the game at a time where they were able to perpetuate their protocols to sustain this high traffic, if Aptoscam actually achieve this is yet to be determined but in the past month APT has been on an absolute tear going up and up and up. Can it continue to reach it's potential?
