We’ve seen many NFT games surrounding themes of monsters, aliens and animals, but have you seen one with a focus on cars? Introducing Riot Racers – a play-to-earn car racing game.

The native token is RIOT and there are 2 ways you can earn them:
- by playing the game (winning paid races or participating in free-to-earn races)
- by owning NFTs in the game (owning assets such as Gas Stations or Mechanic Shops and by enrolling in the Riot Owner’s Club – an equivalent of frequent flyer program)
Entering a race is the most common way to earn and to do so, players pick a driver, car and strategy based on race conditions (weather, track and pit). The top finishers earn rewards, paid in RIOT tokens. Cars also come in seven different classes ranging from Rookie to Legendary; the higher the class, the more RIOT tokens you earn.
Prices of the cars and drivers depends on their class; the higher the class, the more expensive it is. The floor price for a car at the current time of writing is 0.073 ETH and a driver at 0.059 ETH. It runs on polygon so you do not need to worry about the crazy gas fees!
The graphics of the cars and drivers are amazing and the developers are coming up with 3D replays of the races soon. See their whitepaper here.
So, if you like cars and you’re looking for a racing NFT game, why not try it out?
