Continuation of winter weather. Birds are arriving in droves

This is probably the first such quiet day after the Christmas storm, which dragged on for a long time. A bit too long for me, but at the moment I am focused on looking forward to spring.

The birds have flocked to the feeding site today. Are they anticipating a long winter, or are they just lazy and comfortable? Either way, they got their share of nuts.

Kilometers done, at a very good pace and in a nice winter scenery. I'm looking forward to the first signs of spring.
