Food - scrambled eggs with chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius var. Cibarius)

Composition:
1) One medium-sized onion
2) 2 large spoons of butter
3) about 15 dkg of mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius var. Cibarius)
4) 5 or 6 eggs

Preparation:
1) Fry the onion in butter

2) add cleaned and rinsed mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius var. Cibarius)

3) Fry for a few minutes with the onion

4) add eggs, salt, pepper and make scrambled eggs

5) Serve with white or dark bread (depending on your preferences)
