a friend of mine came to see if we could make some gadgets for his company. There are many ads on the internet with many offers, but everything is quite expensive and we would change some details anyway.
Another option was to design a snapper and make it.
Designing it was a piece of cake for us, but the question of where to get it made so it wouldn't cost a fortune.
A colleague at work took it on, ordered the material in co-operation had the blanks cut and hooray the snapper was born :-)
While we were at it, my friend asked me if we could make an extension for the forklift.
We didn't hesitate, the forks were distorted to cut the material and bend (unfortunately I can't find the documentation :-) ) and after a few hours of welding, grinding and painting the forks were ready.
Nothing left but to test the equipment and hopefully it will serve for many years.

přišel za mnou kamarád zda bychom nemohli vyrobit nějaké vychytávky pro jeho firmu. Na internetu se sice povalují inzeráty s mnoha nabídkami, ale vše je celkem drahé a některé detaily bychom stejně měnili.
Jinou možností bylo navrhnout chňapák a vyrobit ho.
Navržení pro nás bylo hračkou, ale otázka kde jej necháme vyrobit aby to nestálo balík.
Kolega v práci se toho ujal, objednal si materiál v kooperaci nechal vyřezat polotovary a hurá chňapák byl na světě :-)
Když už jsme byli v tom fušaření, požádal mě kamarád zdy bychom nevyrobili i prodloužení na vysokozdvižný vozík.
Neváhali jsme ,vidle zkreslili pro nařezání materiálu a ohyb (bohužel dokumentaci nějak nemůžu najít :-) ) a po několika hodinách svařování, broušení a natírání i vidle byli na světě.
Nezbývá než vybavení ozkoušet a snad bude sloužit dlouhá léta.
