What is Vinni Pukh?

Shortly, Vinni Pukh is the russian version of Winnie the Pooh made by Soviet Union.

But he is totally different from the original bear, he is angry all the time while Winnie the Pooh is full of love and peace(at least when he have a big Honey Jar).

However, you can see in a episode(which I don't remember the name so please don't ask me about the name of this episode or the number of it), that Vinni Pukh is just a copy/paste of Winnie the Pooh.
