Kucoin is paying US$22 million to NY investors

As all indicates, the Kucoin broker will have to pay a total of 22 million dollars to the state of NY (and also to its investors), due to fines and refunds.
After this payment is made Exchange will withdraw your financial services.

By the simple fact that the broker is one of the largest in the world it can afford to pay this absurd amount of money without having to close and without bankruptcy.
