The magic jewels

Narrator: Sometimes it’s difficult to live inside the forest like my mother says: ‘’There’s nothing impossible in this world for those who never give it up”  and it’s even more difficult to find a jewel inside this place.

However our main character, the wizard, named: Darkside , is not like what most people think he is not bad or something.

He is only angry all the time…

Darkside: People of this forest will never understand the basic concepts of magic.

They lack hours of dedication and study to truly understand magic.

Darkside: First things first we have the intention of the magician, without the intention we can’t have magic.

Following the intention we have organized thoughts, a man who doesn't control his own thoughts is ruled by those who will.

And third we have the word, but not a simple word - a word written in Latin language.

Darkside: Beyond that, we can cast a more powerful spell if we hold one of these magic jewels.

Darkside: The red jewel is used to attract lovely things, the blue jewel increases the time of a spell, the green jewel helps the healer to heal and cure other people during a battle.

Narrator: After gathering all 3 jewels, he utters a few words in Latin and makes the wish to be protected by all celestial beings.

Every time a wizard casts a spell like this, there is a cost; he must sacrifice something in return and burn it in the fire.

Darkside: This time I'll have to grab the tail of the golden lion and burn it once and for all, but where could Etter be? 

Oh well, it's getting dark and I need to rest. 

I'll write down on paper all the things I need to do. 

Tomorrow I'll solve the problem with the golden lion; there's no reason for us to destroy ourselves over something so easy to accomplish. 

Narrator: After spending a long time walking, Darkside finally found his way home but had to teach a little spy more about the 3 jewels of power and their illusory power over people's minds.

Darkside: Who’s there?

John: It’s me, I am John and I was listening your explanation about the 3 jewels;

Darkside: GO BACK HOME NOW!

John: I will, but before going I wanna learn more about the jewels, can you teach me?

Darkside: I said: No!

John: I will never return home without knowing the secrets of the 3 jewels.

Darkside: Okay, Since you're insisting so much, then I'll fulfill your stupid child.

Darkside: Basically, you just need to hold the 3 jewels in your hands, and think about something you desire. 

The jewels together are capable of turning illusions into dreams in people’s minds.

John: Illusions?

Darkside: Everything is an illusion of people's dreams, even their own lives. 

A dream is an illusion for a while, but life is an illusion for much longer.

Darkside: For this reason, it’s very easy to manipulate reality in people’s minds, are you learning now?

John: Yes, I’m keeping a note about everything you said.

Darkside: Now, it’s done.

John: What?

Darkside: Finally, you can go back home now

John: Where can I find these jewels?

Darkside: You will need to research this lesson all alone, bye I’ll see you never!

Narrator:  Our dark wizard had no idea that he would meet the boy again the next day, and this time he would have a surprise in store for him, or rather, 3 surprises.

Then came a knock at the door, and Darkside opened it to find the little boy once again standing there, eager to hear Darkside's words.

Darkside: Why are you here?

John: After a long and arduous quest, I have finally unearthed the three mighty jewels, and I humbly seek your wisdom in the art of witchcraft.

Darkside: Today I am a little busy, and I have no time to help you.

Narrator: After taking some time to prepare, Darkside set off on his adventure, and John decided to follow him.

John: Where are we going?

Darkside: Us? I only let you tag along because you brought that delectable pork your mom bought from the butcher. 

After we hunt down the legendary alligator, I'll roast this pig, and we'll feast on it together.

John: What do you mean by legendary alligator?

Darkside: He lives close to here and it’s definitely ready to attack, so be careful.

Narrator: What they didn't know is that the legendary alligator was listening to everything they were saying from under the water, and now that they decided to rest, they would become an easy target for the powers of the legendary alligator.
