We live in a world where we have to look over our shoulders every time we talk because we are afraid that we might offend someone, and that they may take some legal action against us. 

We give each other financial advice every day, multiple times per day. The people on this site give others financial advice, and then turn around and say, THIS ISNT FINANCIAL ADVICE, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH...But they say it because they KNOW someone might attack them legally... 

Look...we are all adults, and we make adult choices. If I write a post about buying a coin because it is going to 100X, and you purchase it, and the price tanks, thats on you, pal. Why?

No matter what I say about a coin, or a project, or whatever, it is up to YOU to DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. If you decide to later throw a legal action against me, what you are saying is that you cant make your own decisions, and you force others to take responsibility for your actions. 

This is the same crazy defense as, The Devil Made Me Do IT!  

In the Crypto space, we see many con artists, and rug pulls, and bad actors. That is why we should NEVER take the word of anyone, just because we have FOMO, or because we may be a little greedy... 

I was pulled into so many insane conversations about this on another platform that I had to delete my account because folks were destroying my reputation over taking responsibility for our OWN ACTIONS! Like NFTSea nonsense. I posted here to get folks to follow my referral link, not knowing full well that it might have been a scam. 

I too am tricked by websites, and one of them was a DOGEMiner website about 4 months ago. It was put together well, and I joined and posted here for referrals, and all of the normal stuff. Then, BOOM! They were gone, and stole everyones funds. Did I get angry with the person who refered me? NO! Why? Because I am ADULT enough to realize that I was responsible for my own actions...

Here is the main point folks...DYOR isnt a catchphrase, its a must. Recently I have been doing my own research and I have concluded that there are hundreds of websites that try and trick you and I into giving them our money so they can run off with it.

So, get angry with me if you will, but the fact of the matter is that I am not responsible for your mistakes. I am responsible for MY mistakes and I will fess up to them when I make them...
