I am not much for drama.
I don't like nonsense in any form, and I try to play nice with everyone.
It is no surprise then to see why I watch very little television, or listen to the radio. But when I do, I enjoy westerns, and listening to instrumental music.
If anything, I am a minimalist, who requires little to survive. Keep myself from the "bad stuff" of the world, and do my best to be the best Christian.
Which brings me to the elephant in the room.
I am not blind to what is happening in the world and have written about it for the last year.
Bitcoin will be the currency we will be using when the fiat system collapses, and holding it now will save you from hardships in the future.
The reason the elephant is in the room is because the people, (like myself in the past), allowed it to enter, and take up area in our lives.
And it has been there for so long, that we often forget that it really is LESS important than the other things in life.
It has become a picture on the wall that is there, and we walk by daily and take it for granted.
What is it?
Allowing insanity in our life, like crypto regulations, trading on centralized (KYC) exchanges, spending little time in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, and the majority of our time in the dying fiat system, asking for clarity in crypto regulation, (recent court hearings concerning XRP showing it is NOT a security).
Allowing this elephant to remain is hurting the rest of us who are in favor of living life without government sticking their noses in our personal business.
A long time ago, I wrote an article criticizing people who favored government control of our lives. In a more recent post I asked if Gary Gensler was our boss, our dad, or someone important in our lives?
If he is, then I understand why some enjoy being his foot soldier.
If he is no one to you, then his opinion in crypto is just as important as a cows opinion...it's moo. (Yes, I stole this from Joey on Friends.)
The elephant sitting in the room is this, why do we allow these people to be relevant. Who are they to us?
For me, they are a bunch of rich thugs who want to control us.
I read a post the other day that talked about KYC free exchanges, and have even used some of them before.
If a person doesn't mind using centralized exchanges, then do it. But I don't like being controlled by those who think they are better than us.
They are not better, they are the problem and need to be removed from their position so we can enjoy real freedom again.
Let's send that elephant back to the zoo where it can mingle with other creatures like itself, or back in the wild where it actually belongs.
But whatever we do, let's not allow it to take up another second of our day.
