I am not a "ONLY" Bitcoiner. I have a portfolio of several coins. In reality, I have more in Dogecoin and Litecoin, than I do in Bitcoin.
It is a normal thing for people in the crypto sphere to want a coin that is fast, secure, and cheap to get, and won't disappear once the creator decides to dump it.
It's also understandable that many see a problem with Bitcoin, and decide to use other coins like Ethereum, that I recently learned is in the grasp of the WEF.
Bitcoin isn't perfect, but then again, neither is Ethereum, or Litecoin, or any other coin.
Each has its strengths and weaknesses. And since Bitcoin is #1, it's weaknesses are easier to spot.
But does that mean we should change it? Because where I stand, it is still #1, even with it's obvious glaring weaknesses. So to me that says something.
Take for example the Bitcoin Cash crowd. Look, I said I have a very diverse portfolio, and yes, that includes BCH.
Did the BCH fork solve the Bitcoin issues? For some it did, but for others, they see it as a sort of betrayal of the founders vision.
Speaking of vision, BSV, Bitcoin Satoshi Vision is yet another attempt at making a better Bitcoin. Did it do the job?
The point is, if I don't like something in my life, I change it. The people around me might not like the change, but I didn't do it BECAUSE of them, I did it because I noticed something needed to be changed.
But it isn't hurting me. It might make them feel a bit uncomfortable, but in the end, they can either accept, or reject what I have done.
Trying to change something that YOU think needs fixing isn't always a bad thing, and may even make an improvement, but there will always be those who yell, "treason!"
Bitcoin is what Bitcoin is, and love it or not, there is no reason to hate BCH, or BSV, or XBC, or any other spin off.
I just embrace them for what THEY can do, and ignore the back and forth. Yes, it has split the crypto crowd for various reasons, but that is a bit dramatic in my eyes.
Maybe we all can just learn to get along and enjoy the ride. Sometimes it's best to accept change, and move on...
