John
1:33 -- Abib 1. John the Immerser (baptist) baptises Yashua. This was when the temple was set up and the spirit of the Almighty rested upon it. Yashua immediately goes into his 40 day fast "in the wilderness".
1:35 -- Abib 2. The next day, two disciples of John start following Yashua, one of them named Andrew. John calls him the lamb of YAH, and the two disciples stayed with him for that day.
1:43 -- Abib 3. The day following, Yashua is in Galilee, and meets Philip and Nathanael.
2:1 -- Abib 4. The THIRD DAY, marriage in Cana, the water was turned to wine. 1st miracle.
2:13 -- Abib 10. Return to Jerusalem. Lambs are chosen. Yashua overturns the moneychangers tables for turning the temple into a place of commerce and forcing the gentiles to pay for lambs to sacrifice.
2:23 -- Abib 14. DAY of PASSOVER. Many believed in him there.
3:2 -- Abib 15. After the passover, at night, Nicodemus and Yashua discuss being born again. Unleavened Bread starts.
4:3 -- Abib 16. (Day 1 of the Holy Convocation.) Yashua at the well Jacob gave to Joseph, (Ephraim and Manasseh) meets and talks to a woman. The disciples return and beg Yashua to eat. (At this time, he was still fasting.)
4:43 -- Abib 17. (First Fruits) Officials sick son healed.
5:1 -- Abib 22. (Leviticus 23:6 Holy Sabbath Day.) Sick man of 38 years healed. Yashua argues with the Jews over healing on the Sabbath Day.
(((18 Days Later))) Iyyar 11 Yashua finishes his 40 day fast...
6:4 -- Iyyar 14. (Exodus 16, Numbers 9: 10-14 = 2nd month passover) Feeding the 5,000. Yashua leaves.
6:16 -- Iyyar 15. Disciples enter the boat on the lake, there were strong winds, Yashua walks on water towards them.
6:22 -- Iyyar 16. Yashua talks with the Jews about Moses, and the manna, and many dislike his teachings, and some stop following him. Yashua describes himself as the bread of life.
7:2 -- Tishri 15. Feast of Tabernacles.
7:14 -- Tishri 19. Middle of the feast Yashua taught, and spoke about the healing (John 5:1) he had done on the Sabbath Day, (Abib 22).
7:37 -- Tishri 23. Last day "Great Day" (8th day) of the feast of Tabernacles, Yashua offers the people waters of life.
10:22 -- Chisleu 25. Feast of Dedication, "Lights" (Hanukkah) Yashua again tells the Jews who he is, and they try to kill him. He says the scriptures tell us that "ye are gods" so Yashua calling himself a "god" is scriptural.
11:43 -- Abib 1. Lazarus resurrected (after being in the grave 4 days) on the day the Tabernacle was set up in the wilderness, and the spirit of YAHVAH rested upon it.
11:55 -- Abib 8. The Jews went up to Jerusalem to cleanse themselves before the passover.
12:1 -- Abib 9. Yashua goes to Bethany. Mary anoints Yashua for his burial.
12:12 -- Abib 10. Lamb chosen to be killed. People take palm branches and say, "Blessed is the one who comes in the name of YAHVAH" to Yashua as he gets seated on a colt of a donkey and rides into the city Jerusalem.
13:1 -- Abib 14. Passover supper. Evening before lambs are killed, Yashua and disciples eat, and near the end, Judas Iscariot leaves to betray him.
18 - 20 -- Abib 14. The FINAL Passover. The lamb YAHVAH chose is killed and dies for the saving of mankind.
So as we can see, the book of John didn't record Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, or Purim.
As is seen here, the 1 Year Ministry was completed by Yashua, and from chapter 1 verse 33 until just after chapter 5 verse 1, Yashua was fasting.
This is partly to highlight the fact that his 40 day fasting wasn't simply wandering through a desert, it was him actually interacting with his people.
In the coming weeks we will look at the other 3 gospels to understand what took place in his ministry.
