Welcome to the monthly review of my token portfolio, I started tracking this portfolio now 70 months ago in full transparency. I provide updates of the interests received, the services used and the transactions performed during the month. This post tracks what happened in December 2025.
Crypto interests
The portfolio earnings reached $3283 this month, that's a 20% decrease from the previous month. The following tokens (including any kind of airdrops, mining, staking, interest rewards, browsing interest, Publish0x payments, and any kind of promo code or referee bonus) contributed to the earnings. They are ordered from the largest to the lowest contribution:
- 5952 YB from YieldBasis as reward for contributing to the tBTC, cbBTC and WBTC vaults.
- 813 CRV from Convex Finance/StakeDao as reward for contributing to the XAUt/PAXG, msETH/ETH liquidity pools on Ethereum.
- 0.0759 ETH from Curve Finance as reward from contributing to the EURe/xDAI/USDC/USDT liquidity pool on Gnosis.
- 0.0013 tBTC from Merkl for contributing to a tBTC/cbBTC liquidity pool.
- 85.31 GHO from StakeDao as an old distribution I didn't claimed.
- 0.39 GNO from my GnosisPay Visa debit card cashback.
- 3.38 GMX from GMX as reward for staking my GMX tokens on Arbitrum.
- 0.0215 BNB from Aster and Lista as staking reward
- 0.05 AAVE from Aave as reward for staking some AAVE.
- 0.08 HYPE as staking reward.
- 0.52 HNT from my Helium access points.
- 0.17 ATOM as staking reward.
- 1.91 JUNO as staking rewards.
- 0.16 OSMO staking rewards.
- 0.0021 CVX as reward for contributing to the XAUt/PAXG liquidity pools on Convex Finance/StakeDao.
The following diagram depicts the evolution of the received monthly crypto interests:

This month, the annualized interest is 9.73% APR. The average on the last 12 month is now at 6.89% APR.

Regarding the interest composition, this month the main sources are the followings: YB(74.1%), CRV(9.5%), ETH(6.9%). The remaining sources are around 9.5%.

Transactions realized
Beginning of the month,
- I claimed rewards from Merkl that I converted to tBTC and added to the tBTC vault on YieldBasis.
- I moved remaining BTC liquidity I had on Uniswap to YieldBasis for around 10% APY.
Middle of the month,
- I claimed YB rewards from YieldBasis, converted it into xDai and contributed it to the EURe/xDAI/USDC/USDT liquidity pool on Curve Finance.
End of the month,
- I claimed the wstETH reward from Curve Finance on gnosis, converted it in EURe
- I removed part of my contribution to the EURe/xDAI/USDC/USDT liquidity pool, converted it as EURe and send everything to my GnosisPay Visa debit card.
- I removed rswETH liquidity from Pendle, converted everything as XAUT and PAXG and contributed all the tokens to the XAUt/PAXG liquidity pool on Convex Finance. I did that as I plan to implement a more active trading strategy in 2026.
- I claimed YB rewards from YieldBasis and CRV rewards from StakeDao, converted everything into xDai and send everything to my GnosisPay Visa debit card.
Evolution of the portfolio value
- The portfolio finished the month with a gain of $12.8K which is +3.29%.
- The performances of the main components of the portfolio were all very bad: ETH(7.2%), BNB(4.3%), WBTC(2.8%), GMX(-3.5%) and AAVE(-13.6%).

- My new plan for 2026 is to keep around 50% of the portfolio as BTC and do a more active management of the rest. This active management is an algorithm that can change the allocation weekly based on the token price trends. I'll test it for a while to see how it goes before sharing more of it.

Here is the portfolio value compared to the value invested and the interest received. This month the value invested decreased again because of the spending done on my GnosisPay Visa debit card and no fresh funds added.

The portfolio performance is +3.29% this month, the historical monthly average is now +6.11%.

Things to look forward in January
December was a positive month and YieldBasis still maintained its high interest rewards on BTC assets. This protocol seems very good and it should only improve by extending to gold tokens and ETH. I'm also curious to see if my new active trading strategy will give good results in 2026.
