The following are just my opinions and observations.

I am fairly new to the crypto scene, so this is not an in depth highly detailed blog. I have looked into and have several different wallets/exchanges to save crypto in and swap crypto with. At first I was way in over my head and thought, "well maybe I shouldn't." But, while there is so many different wallets, different cryptos, NFT's and on and on, I do like to learn new things and I might as well learn about block chain, crypto and how it all works. I visited various different websites and conducted several different searches to see what it was all about. I kept seeing Coinbase as one of the most, if not the most, recommended wallets/platforms for crypto. Without deciding to by crypto I figured I would look into seeing what it would take to get an account, if there was a cost, etc. if I joined Coinbase. Setting up my account was pretty straight forward and after everything was verified I log in and see that I can, as advertised, earn free specific crypto by learning about that specific crypto. I thought that was pretty interesting because I don't get to earn money up front by signing up a new account.

I did the free classes, took the quizzes and after about 20 or so minutes had around $25 dollars in 4 different cryptos. I didn't have to wait several days or tweet or any other tasks, just watch/read the material and then pass the easy and short quizzes. From my experience they are easy 1 question tests.  I figured that that would be it, no more free crypto unless I ask someone to get Coinbase using my referral code, which yes you can do with Coinbase. I was wrong. It seems that about every 2 weeks, at least since I have been with Coinbase, there has been another option for learning about another crypto, take the quizzes and earning more crypto. I will say that it is only about 3-9 dollars USD in crypto, but still, that is more than I have earned with most other "Do this task and earn" type of tasks. I waiting to see if this will continue to be.

As you can see for just a few minutes of your time, you can earn $3 in crypto. No gimmicks.

Another aspect that I really like about Coinbase is the fact that they have a section that has more crypto related educational pieces, not to earn, just to learn. There is also an updated crypto news feed in the same area so you can see what is going on in the blockchain world. Now, if I want to see information about a specific blockchain or crypto and it is not there I will need to look outside of Coinbase, but they do offer some right there. I haven't noticed any bias, but that could be because I am oblivious or still too new.

I find Coinbase to be fairly straightforward and easy to use and navigate. I have used or looked into others that had me scratching my head and having to do web searches on how to get them to work. I like that Coinbase also has a wallet that I can use in Dapps and from what I can tell is separate from the regular Coinbase platform. Coinbase does have fees that I find to be acceptable as I know everything crypto related seems to have fees from not to bad to pretty high.

Overall I would recommend Coinbase to a friend if they were looking at getting into crypto or wanted to switch the platform they were using.

Thanks for stopping by and reading my thoughts and opinions.

Again, this is not financial advise.
