Going back to my previous thread I’m pretty new in the ways of different crypto’s aside from BTC, ETH and LTC. Right now, what little I have is stored on Coinbase which I know isn’t the best place to hold it. 

I’ve heard people mention different sites (or wallets) that would be safer to hold your coins in but which one is the “best”? Again, I’m pretty green when it comes to this but I know a little. Obviously, you wouldn’t want to hold your crypto in your Robinhood account since it isn’t a “wallet” correct?

I’ve heard the term “hard wallet” from a few friends but don’t know the first place to access one. Also, if there is a better (more up to date) way to hold your assets I’m all ears! As I said, I’m looking to expand my crypto portfolio but wanna do it in the safest and secure way I can! 

I do appreciate each and every one of you who’s commented and helped me out with my questions! It’s nice having a community like this one where so many of you are engaging and willing to help someone on their new crypto journey!
