Look at the crazy blue light, what is that? Possible lens effect but funny.

I just wiped through the pictures I took today and manipulated that here with the screen name taken nothing is.

The blue light was not visible with the bare eye.

What is that?

Again the blue light, was able to get out even more pictures. Is that a reflection or a lens effect or is that a drone?
