As a long-term crypto passive income investor, I am interested in 5 types of crypto. These are cryptos that:

1)Maintain its value over the longterm (acting as a store of wealth) compared to fiat

2)Offer the possibility of large growth

3)Provide a passive income

4)Have interesting use-cases

5)Are Defi

I believe having these cryptos in my portfolio will help me to achieve F.I.R.E.(Financial Independence Retire Early). Therefore, to achieve that goal, it is important to have the tools available that let me swap cryptos easily and with low fees. In a recent post, I saw how the fees and spread can make a big difference to your return.

Another important factor for me is to reduce leakage fees to a minimum. It is no good getting a good spread when the overall return is lower due to fees or leakage. Therefore something in the Defi realm could be a better option than Cefi.

Can the Symbiosis Protocol be a useful tool in my crypto arsenal?

When I first clicked onto the App, I was worried that I would need to complete all kinds of sign up things in order to start using it, but i was pleasantly surprised that I could get straight into the App just by connecting my wallet. Nice one.

There was a choice of 6 wallets, but the main wallet I use is Metamask.

Once my wallet was connected, it was very quick and easy to check for some of my favourite swaps:

There were many of the swaps available that I need to do in the Defi world, such as buy Stable Coins or convert some of my crypto passive income to Ethereum. The user interface was also fast and smooth to use, which isn't always the case with many crypto Apps.

I had a look into the Liquidity Pools available and they loaded quickly and there were a few to choose from:

The pools looked interesting but I didn't participate in any yet. But I saw the liquidity fee was a low 0,1%, so it will be on my to-do list.

Symbiosis claimed to be able to swap any token. My experience is that the list of available tokens is huge and am really happy to add Symbiosis to my list of essential crypto tools. This is going to help me manage my tokens and liquidity easily when rebalancing my portfolio or converting my passive crypto income. Take a look for yourself here.
