dCity Update - Growing My City

Hello Play2Earn Gamers!

If you saw my last update, I made some upgrades to my city and it was growing nicely. Well since then I have made some further upgrades and I have over 50 new notifications!

My city currently looks like this:

That's quite a lot of additions that I have made. I put in many bids for buildings and Sims and many have now been hit.

Some of the recent events happening in my city are riots and a pandemic. This has resulted in me having 41 people sick and -9 in my popularity. I wonder if there is a great reset event.

My income is also not doing good after my purchases. I am currently hemorrhaging SIM instead of earning it.

Here you can see that I have an income of -11 SIM with just a 7 SIM tax refund.

You can see below my progress which seems to be progressing in the right direction.

I need to try and rebalance this -4 SIM that I am losing each day. I checked the guide and there are some buildings and people who give tax refunds.

I am thinking to get some students or add a church. The church is quite expensive, but I'm thinking to get at least one.

Looking at the students, I may buy three or four of these.

The price ranges between 1209 and 1500 on the market. I will enter a new highest bid amount and see if anyone wants to sell at that price. That will cost me 4840 if my bid gets hit.

I have 100 people available to hire and it is red. I need to find something for them to do. To keep these people busy, I need to buy some building for them to do something in.
