Phytoncides what I breathe

As I walk across these leaves

In this forest all I see

Is opportunity

For humans to come reconnect

Cause truly it’s just you and me

So let’s not have no regrets

Cause nature is our true source

Reconnect the feeling through our pores

As we lay down on this moss floor

We feel emotion begin to pour

From the crown down to the root

Just like the trees we follow suit

Grounding to earth, sacred mothers first

those who try to change that’ll get the boot, yeah
