I've gotten back into the habit of writing my lyrics with pen and paper, as opposed to writing them electronically like I've been doing for so long.

The other day, I woke up fresh in the morning and wrote these lyrics in my tree of life book, a motivational song called 'Keep Your Head Up'.

Shift what I got to start coping like real quick
The realness, of this situation
Is so dire, got me contemplatin’
How do I feel blessed when life starts taking
All of my fire extinguished my flames and
Now, I’m bout to lose my mind
All tangled up and I can’t unwind
All of this doubt got me losing time
Strangled can’t breathe, oxygen need to find
Spine, compressin’ from all of the tension
In every direction, I feel the aggression
Then I hear a message that answers my question
