So Let's talk some poker, What's your favorite poker game?
I'm ALL IN with Texas Hold'em! For me Personally I love me some Hold'em good ole 7 Texas Hold'em, I've tried others more recent like Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo But i just couldn't get the hang of things, changing the game from 2 cards too 4 just makes things that much more complicating! There's so many made hands when it comes to Omaha that even with the Nut Straight you're NO GOOD especially with a paired board forget about winning with anything a straight or a flush.. lol now I may be a little bit bias here but I can't get into anything other then Hold'em
there's so many types of poker that i cant honestly say i cant recall them all, I'd have to utilize google on this one lol
For me, I love playing Small Stake Cash games in person like $1-$2 or $1-$3 but lately especially since covid (can i say that word yet?) but ya where if you wanted to get a game of poker in any form, it had to be Online
so for me I've got to say I love tournament poker and i can't wait until I'm in a position to up my stakes when it comes to bigger tourney's (this will happen when my overall bank roll starts to gain momentum)
need some of this too, especially to have a good run into NOT just the money, but getting too the Final Table that's when you start getting the Fruits of these tourney's is making a long run to get to the final table!
SOOO what you can expect from this blog and these post on this Blog, I will be analyzing my personal game play With Texas Hold'Em and from some of the Tourney's that I play and compete in online
I will also break down some In person Cash experiences that I may come into in the future but for the next 6 month's at minimum My MAIN Focus will be that of only personally small/ med stakes poker tournaments and also i'll be throwing in some small 9-18 player sit n go's as well!!!
My hope for this blog is to educate and inform the community about Texas hold'em and how you can crush it in this sport and also take some bad beats and brutal losses also with this sport! just like any other sport, in order to get better ONE must practice and come up with and Create a strategy that Exploits the best of the best and the worst of the worst players / hands and game strategies from other players!
i hope for this to be FILLED with comments from the poker community within this space and with THE WHOLE ONLINE COMMUNITY ELSE WHERE
