Positive Coronavirus Cases Hit 1 Million Worldwid

Some milestones are not to be celebrated, such a case is the Coronavirus pandemic which has hit the whole world like a rocket.

The highest case of the novel pandemic Coronavirus has hit the US, Italy, Spain and Germany. In Africa, the leading countries are South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria, etc. Countries like the Philippines aren’t ignored.

The number of positive cases to have been recorded worldwide of the Coronavirus has so far hit 1 million people since the emergence of the virus in December 2019.

The statistics were made available by tracking numbers from John Hopkins University. The US has the highest number of cases at around 234,000 with Italy, Spain and Germany following suit.

Due to the widespread and how fast the virus spreads all around, many countries have imposed lockdowns to slow the spread of the disease.

The US federal government extended its social distancing guidelines to April 30. Major events have been called off or postponed, and many employees are being told to work from home, while others have been laid off.

People are been told to practice social distancing all over the world as well as to wash their hands with soap and running water and not forgetting to use hand sanitizers always. These are the surest ways one can stay protected.
