The Government owned bank in Ghana, Ghana Commercial Bank has made it clear of it intension of introducing its own electronic money or cryptocurrency by name G-Money into the Crypto world. 
Whether it can stand and compete well with Bitcoin, Etherium, Litecoin etc remains to be seen.
The news so far has been well received by Ghanaians who are into cryptocurrency but the majority of the people are against it.
The CEO of Ghana Commercial Bank disclosed that, it won't take more than 3 weeks until the G-Money is introduced as part of their banking operations.
This is a good news to most of us who are finding it diificult to trade our Cryptos for real money in the country.
