Introducing myself I need help

Hello people I am Vasilis from Greece and I am 32 years old , I am suffering 10 years now from multiple sclerosis . Now my situation is very difficult cause my disability increased to 80% . Because I need to spent a lot of money for my mri and my new medicine I really need some of your help . Please I call anybody can help with anyway can do . Thanks a lot to hear me people .
