Foodbook #583 special cheese pie


Good morning my friends, today I decide to create a special and easy cheese pie that I love it . Let’s create this together


1 packet of crust sheet for pies
1/2 cup olive oil to spread the leaves

For the filling

400gr. grated Halkidiki feta
400gr. grated air manor
200gr. yoghurt
3 eggs
1 cup of fine semolina coffee
1/2 cup milk (approximately)


Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees in the air. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the cheese, yogurt, milk and semolina and mix well.

Grease a medium baking tray well and spread the halves of the leaves, greasing them one by one with olive oil. Pour the filling over the oiled leaves and spread it everywhere.

Cover the pie with the remaining leaves, which you also grease one by one and bring the edges of the leaves that protrude from the pan inwards, twisting them. Bake the pie in the oven for about 50-60 minutes or until the leaves are nicely reddened.
