I'm not gonna lie. I was a little bummed when I learned that Publish0x wasn't going to be allowing tipping Ethereum (ETH) any longer. I've been reading some articles on Publish0x that they may be seeking to add a new coin for tipping, but I'm not sure it's necessary. Nor am I even sure it's true that they are looking to add a new tipping coin.
Hear me out.
Why do we need three coins? For those of us who don't use KuCoin, it would take a lot longer to get to that $5.00 minimum withdrawal with two coins. Will I be tipped in Ethereum (ETH) or AmpleForth (AMPL)? Only utilizing two coins will theoretically allow you to get to that $5.00 minimum faster with just AmpleForth (AMPL) so that you can withdraw your currency sooner than you may have originally. I don't think that is a bad thing.
I've not reached the minimum on AmpleForth (AMPL) or iFARM just yet so I can't speak to that process but the conversion of my Ethereum (ETH) to AmpleForth (AMPL) moved that needle closer. Maybe this is crazy but I don't see tipping with just iFARM and AMPL as a bad thing.
Tell me what I am missing.
