Few days ago I wrote a post about our short movie. Now the shooting is over, we just need one half day to reshoot a scene. 

We started the editing this Monday and we are really happy to see the result. Some plans are really beautiful and we are really waiting the color grading to enhance them even more.

The only image we have to show now is this one : 

We are really proud of what we did and we hope that the editing will make it better than we thought.

The biggest problem is that this is a school project and we officially only have 5 day for the editing. And the missing plans will be shot after that 5 days. So we'll need to edit it without the school and that's where I'm happy to spend all my money in my computer.

I'm writing it during the last official day of editing. And we'll surely need at least one or more days to edit that movie. 

There will be a difference because at school we're adulting it with Avid Media Composer and at home I will finish the editing with DaVinci Résolve. I will need to make an AAF export to switch the softwares but it should be fine.

This is even a good thing because I love Resolve, I'm really quick on it and effective. While I really hate Avid, I'm really slow because I really think Avid is really shitty now. At first it was maybe one of the best editing softwares but now, it doesn't have anything more than the others and the development team removes useful tools at each update...

Now I'm just hoping to be able to finish it at time.
