Hello to all who stop by and read.

I have a quick update for the garden. I have expanded a bit for when the seeds I have put in other temp planters are ready to transplant, added a more grown tomato plant and two other strawberry plants. In the future I plan to clean out the grass around where the wooden logs are. I think I have the garden about as big as I need/want it for this year. Now it’s time for the waiting game as all the seeds grow. I did see some sprouts where I planted radishes in the garden bed and I believe there are also some sprouts coming up in some of the planters. Oh, everything I used to line the garden are things from around the yard. In the future I will probably rearrange things and make it look a bit nicer. For now I am going for inexpensive and what I have on hand. 

I also got my compost pile going. I found the gate that makes the third wall on the other side of the garage. For the base I raked up a bunch of dead leaves and other plant material then added grass clippings and other green materials along with some scraps of vegetables from the kitchen. I topped it off with more dead leaves and other dead plant matter. Now I just need to keep an eye on it and turn it every once in a while, making sure the temperature and moisture stay where they should.

I almost forgot my bucket gardens and the temporary planters.
