Finally after so many years of existance, Google is introducing the so called "Confidential mode" in Gmail.
It will be enabled by default after 25th of June 2019 and the users will be able to disable it if they wish from the settings.
However, the corporate Gmail accounts's "Gmail Confidential Mode" will only be handled by the Admin of the IT Department.
"Gmail Confidential Mode" is an incredible asset that will prove to be useful at work on the off chance that you send messages containing touchy information. It gives you a chance to set a due date for your message, which cuts off access when that day arrives. While the message is accessible, forwarding your message to other people, duplicate it, or download it, wont be possible. To include another layer of security, you can set the message to just open after the recepient inserts 2FA autentication code.
