Apple wants a share from the market of foldable phones. That's not a real news. Especially after Huawei's ban this could be a big jump in the sales in the US for foldable devices. However, the company has finally managed to win a patent for a foldable display which can be used for its upcoming iPhones. The application for foldable display was submitted in Januarry 2018 among a series of patent applications Apple has made around the idea of a foldable display.

Specialist are reporting that Apple is behind Samsung and Huawei in the "foldable smartphone race" and we should expect foldable devices from them around end of 2020 or the begining of 2021.
