The American multinational conglomerate holding company AT&T Inc. has just announced that their customers will be able to pay their bills in cryptocurrency.
This is made possible because of agreement between AT&T and BitPay. With those actions, AT&T became the first US telecom to adopt the cryptocurrency, but also one of the first worldwide.
When paying a bill, the customers will be able to choose as option BitPay, and after that a specific cryptocurrency. As of now - this is Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash.
It is important to note that AT&T are not the only large company to use the services of BitPay. Among their partners are Місrоѕоft, Nеwеgg, Ѕhоріfу и Nеtеllеr.
BitPay is found in 2011 with offices in 3 continents - North America, South America and Europe they are one of the global laders in Crypto payments worldwide.
The company collected investments with the size of 72.5 milions USD. Among the investors are G Ѕquаrеd, RRЕ Vеnturеѕ, Саріtаl Nіnе, Аquіlіnе Саріtаl Раrtnеrѕ, Меnlо Vеnturеѕ, Dеltа-v Саріtаl, Nіmblе Vеnturеѕ, Vіrgіn Grоuр и Dіgіtаl Сurrеnсу Grоuр.
