Every decision has a beginning in everyone's life. When did I first become interested in bicycles? And how did I get here?
For remembering my first cycling experiences, I have to go back in time, but I do not stay in the past too much because my memories do not have the sweetness they should have.
I remember when I was very young, a teenager, I used to ride a bike, and I was proud of myself for being able to move this unique two-wheeled device so perfectly. But I was alone in these glorious moments because as a girl, cycling wouldn’t be considered appropriate for me. The elders and relatives did not want to be too proud or encourage me in any way, all was shown on their faces was concern and uncertainty.
I was not allowed to take the bike out of the house, and the whole world of my childhood as a girl who grew up in a religious land was a small yard.
I would pick up my brother's bicycle and ride it in the small yard with such unbelievable excitement, and it was a great pleasure, although I had to turn around and turn and turn ...
Now that I think about it, my heart aches for my childhood person, and maybe that's why I don't want to go back to those times.
But I remember one thing very clearly that I was a good cyclist. I would start paddling right from downstairs to have the most space to maneuver, in seconds I would reach the first wall and had to turn around immediately, so without hesitation I would turn the bike, I would keep it so close though, so the wheels were just a few inches away from the walls, and would turn the last second with such speed and elegance that it was as if the tips of the wheels were almost touching the corner of the wall…
I remember my grandfather standing and I was riding close to his feet and suddenly I would turn and brake...
And he would scorn me loudly: “What’s wrong with you girl!? Stop that! You’ll get hurt! 😉 ...”
(Well obviously The photo is decorative!😎 )
