I love nature swimming, but the painful standards of the closed society of my country make it very difficult for girls like me. However, none of those known norms have made me give up this dream so far and condemn myself to retreat.

Some time ago, when we were going to the beach with some of my groupmates, out of nowhere, I asked one of them who did not come with us for a swim: “Why don't you come to the water!?

He said to me: I am ashamed of your presence! Otherwise, I really want to swim!
He was practically saying: I won’t come because of your presence as a woman!
And I went to the sea regardless saying: “shame! But I do not bury myself because you as a Stone Age man have a problem!

When we go cycling, I always like to find a place with a body of water nearby, so I can dive into it. I know I'm not allowed to take off my clothes, but it's okay. I have created my own protocols.

Photo Before going to the water, the excitement of reaching the lake can be seen in the gleam of my eyes.

I start with putting on swimming goggles, nose goggles, and a special scarf that I know covers my hair.

Here in the middle of the water is my safe haven. Cool, emotional, and extremely relaxing

After coming out of the water, I can hardly find a place deep in the forest, away from prying eyes to take off my wet clothes, and slip into some light clothes that I already carry in my bags.

And afterward, pleasant cycling ride back home in nature whose beauties know no boundary.
