Maybe you thought your birth certificate was just a legal document that proved who you are. While it’s true that your birth certificate does show some basic information about you, a closer look at the true purpose of the birth certificate how and why it is used as an ‘negotiable instrument’ reveals some peculiar revelations… Prepare to jump down the proverbial rabbit hole with me.
Before diving in as always it is important to research for yourself. Any idea’s that are conveyed by this Unknown Man who types these words should be entertained for One’s own reflection only. Additionally, in this article will be linked any resources that you should find helpful. You may find some of these ideas here challenging, and all I ask is that you reflect inward to feel what is true for you.
CONTRACTUAL LIBERTY
Remember this phrase: ’Contractual Liberty’ is the scam worldwide.
What is Contractual liberty? It is the freedom to choose which contracts you may enter into. You may think you have rights as a man or woman. You may have even heard the saying “consent to be governed” but it is clear that people are failing to truly comprehend what that means. By this scam, many people today think a magical word such as ‘rights’ grants them special privileges such as driving license, fishing licence, hunting licence, etc. And what is worse is the public also believe these ‘rights’ converted into privileges can be taken away under punishment for incorrect action. So what happens when you are punished? Well most of us know the process in some form or another, the law enforcers come arrest us, cite us, detain us, yadda yadda … same song and dance right?
Undoubtedly, law enforcement is a benefit to the people when they work for the people. However, at the risk of being rather obtuse, we have to agree that we’ve seen a collective breakdown of society with a wide range of measurable effects. Racial tension, virtuous fear, family getting torn apart, and the list continues more than we would like to admit. Why is that? Quite simply, it’s because of the failure of contractual liberty. Municipal service corporations are the only entity under contract with the local police departments, and the police have no duty to protect you. This is an undeniable fact that can be verified in substantial supreme court rulings, as well as some articles. The police have only one duty, to make money for the service corporation that contracted with it.
You see, contractual policy has to do only with contracts, where as any contract that is obtained by the government with your consent is enforceable on you. Thankfully the ever-so-thoughtful government has made it surprisingly easy to forget you are entering under a contract in the first place, nor do they give you an option to reconsider. It’s alarming in itself for the simple fact that you shouldn’t have to be a lawyer just to figure this stuff out. Essentially this government that we ‘ordained’ are in fact obtaining the elements of a ‘valid contract’ through fraud with intent.
CONTRACTS
Basic elements of any contract
Certainly you know what a contract is, you use them every day. All contracts are negotiable which simply means that you can negotiate the terms the same way you would deal with any car salesman or the like. However most of the public is unaware of these offers, and complacency has become so common-place it is as famously quoted by a Supreme Court Justice: “Because of what appears to be a lawful command on the surface, many Citizens, because of their respect for what appears to be law, are cunningly coerced into waiving their rights due to ignorance.” US v Minker, 350 US 179 at 187(1956)
Contracts are a negotiable instruments of commerce. Commerce is, has been, and will most likely always be engrained in your life. Consider every day you are offered a service or good in exchange for your value. The same goes with licensing, you are presented an offer to contract with the licensing entity to acquire a product or service. However, not many realize this is an opportunity for negotiation and many simply hand over consent without an alternative viable option. Another major problem with any type of exchange of money there is always a service corporation that is looking for a piece of the pie, so to speak. Credit, is key here along with the fractional reserve lending system we have today.
With such a complex financial structure, additional service corporations are needed to keep up with the work load and regulations. This is where we get into the Universal Commercial Code (UCC) and things like the SEC and IRS, to govern these mechanisms. As we take a look at the corporate structure it is clear that men and woman are at a severe disadvantage. Service Corporations are given rights through performance contracts, receive the benefits of unaccountability and big money government bailouts and going even beyond that, men and women are treated as service corporation employees. Now we enter muddy waters..

Men and woman are NOT corporations, or property, we do not belong to the federal government. We may choose to represent a corporation at one time in our life, but that should be by our choice. And so they must trick you into getting a lawyer, signing a contract, give consent etc. It’s all just one big flimsy house of cards ready to come crashing down.
Service corporations only have limited rights that are ascribed to it under contract. Creditors acquire debt and leverage the debt with threats duress and coercion tactics made in conspiracy with the service corporations. Even the police department is trained to make you sign a contract after ‘receiving’ a charge for breaking a law. One only needs to comprehend on the most basic level the language of the contracts to understand how they are maliciously twisted to favor the intervenor.
MEET YOUR STRAWMAN
“Ahhhh, the Government. It loves you and wants to keep you safe and well. It even wants to make paying taxes, fines and court costs easier for you. How? Well, you’ll need to meet your stawman! He was born the same day you were. He looks like you, has the same name and lives’s in your house but YOU never knew he existed! You will have even paid his parking tickets or taxes! The worst part? He’s been dead from day one!
From every birth certificate a “legal personality” or “Legal fiction” is created with the same name to confuse little old you into thinking it’s YOU! So, there is a human you and a paper you or as it’s commonly known a “strawman”. So when it seems like Government officials, court clerk’s or the police are speaking English. They Aren’t! They’re speaking legalese. Designed to make you agree to verbal and written contracts without even knowing about it. All spun from Black’s Law dictionary.
For example, when the police say “do you understand?” You might say “yes sir!” What they are really saying is “do you STAND UNDER our authority”? Opsy daisy! You just created a verbal contract with them! Oh, you clever Government!
Did you know that whenever you register something you are handing over title to the person you register it with? That’s right! Whenever you register something with the Government they assume it believes it belongs to them! Registered your car? Super! Now you are the registered “keeper” of your vehicle and Government can crush it when you don’t pay your strawman’s taxes.
Expecting a new bundle of joy? Well then you need to register your little darling with a NEW birth certificate. Then they can start the process all over again and create a strawman for your little one. Isn’t that great? So when junior grows up, he’ll be able to generate revenue just like you have!
When You “notify” on your baby by signing the birth certificate your child becomes a ward of state. If the government doesn’t like what you’re doing they’ll assume it’s OK to take the child away or make new rules for things they don’t like! Not enough school? Smacking your child? Shouting too loudly? Then it’s off to Social Services for the little one.
When you get a bill, it’s sent to you but belongs to your strawman. Not YOU. That’s why Bills, Fines and summons start with MR, MRS or MS. Sometimes you’ll see your surname in CAPITALS. Just like on a gravestone. That’s because your strawman is dead and just a silly piece of paper created before you could comprehend or even consent to it. When you go to court, you represent your strawman. So you, the human take on any costs, fees, taxes and fines involved for the strawman. The “Human you” doesn’t even need to pay them. But you made a contract with the court by appearing on behalf of your Legal personality or “strawman”. Just like Government knew you would.
Confused?
Well, don’t worry! The Government doesn’t want you to know anyway. If you knew you’d stop paying things like council tax and parking tickets. Because when you go to court you are representing your strawman.
You are YOU! Alive and made of flesh and blood. Your strawman or “legal personality” is a piece of paper created from your birth certificate and you think it’s YOU. What a Silly Billy!”

Located on your birth certificate are two very distinct features. The first is a CUSIP number, and second is a ‘BANK NOTE’ indicator. Both of these features relate specifically to commerce and are used for the act of conducting transactions for an account.
A CUSIP Number stands for the Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Procedures. Formed in 1962, this committee developed a system that it implemented in 1967 to identify securities — specifically U.S. and Canadian registered stocks, U.S. government and municipal bonds, exchange-traded funds, and mutual funds. The CUSIP identifier is unique to each created entity and can be bought or sold on any number of exchanges.
A BANK NOTE indication on the certificate shows that this bond is collateralized, securitized, and able to be utilized under the ‘strict’ legal regulations for administration of this negotiable instrument.
With this information and a signature on the document, a contract is formed! Your flesh acts as a guaranteed for the surety for the trust, and the government is listed as the beneficiary (for more information look into trust law). This is how the scam is perpetuated and life goes on!
‘WHO’ VERSES ‘WHAT’ DEBATE
‘Who’ has been created by our species for a reason. The fictional who that one pretends to be can have status, in the real world, men and women cannot. You have been conditioned to believe otherwise. Of course you may think that what I wrote is ridiculous, you may be unaware of the true meaning of what I wrote. You must reflect about it and question to know it is true as did I and many others.
What is true, each of us is a ‘what’ rather than a ‘who’. It is true that in your Being you are an Existence, I know that in your Self you are an Awareness, I know that in your Mind you are a Process, and I know that in your Body you are an Animal. What you are is as clear to me as what any man or woman is is as clear to you. As for the name you use, I have no clue who you are. I suspect that you have no clue who you are either, if you were to be absolute and true in contemplation of that.
Before we can speak, we have a Voice. Even as newborns, we have a lawful duty to use our voices to have our most basic needs attended to. Much of our communication is developed at this stage and remains in use for our entire lives. As we grow, our linguistic abilities develop and give rise to Words. As we come to realize the effect our words have on others and theirs upon us, we come to realize our Truth. We realize with real eyes the real lies. It is here in our development that the true danger of belief comes to the fore. For those that pander to belief, the inherent deception of belief allows for one to believe in the magic of rights. Whether one accepts it or not, the Truth of our existence is that we have only Duty and no Right. For those that pander to fiction, ignorance, or belief, their true Honour is dishonour, and their Peace is war.
What you think is ‘the law’ is nothing more than legislated insurance policies, which are fictional. Legislated insurance policies are a fake form of morality created by liars, thieves and rapists.
OUR CURRENT MONETARY SYSTEM
Promissory notes vs monetary units. You may remember that back in school you learned about the money system, units of measurement, denomination, it was more than likely integrated into the 2nd or 3rd grade curriculum. We were taught that money was printed. Simple. However schools did miss a lot information about the financial construct. You were considered to want advanced learning in a career education for economics and accounting if you were to have any advanced knowledge on the subject. However, this missing curriculum from school may have far more sinister applications in your life than you may realize. As previously noted, it is far more than likely than not that all of your life is based on commerce. Having the service corporation at the top, such as the “Federal Reserve” or any countries Exchequer, leads to an inevitable consequence of the uninformed being taken advantage of. After all, we as a species consume convenience without remorse. Offering some alleviation from centeralized banking is a decentralized economy.

According to Russell L. Munk, Assistant General Counsel, Department of the Treasury, “Federal Reserve Notes are not dollars.” As was stated back in February 18, 1977.
“The term ‘dollars’ likewise is incorrect, which, according to constitutional definition, are monetary units, used in exchange, backed by gold and silver. Our present day fiat issues are supported by more printed paper of the same; therefore, they are correctly termed Federal Reserve Notes (FRN), not dollars.”

These descriptions of the current state of the public treasury are an accurate representation of what we are seeing collectively on a global scale, many countries are backed by a fiat currency.
A constitutor is a man or woman who promised by a simple pact to pay the debt of another; and this is always the principle obligation. Your CUSIP is used to track these principle obligations. This is the mechanism that continues to perpetuate the colossal country debt. This is ‘Contractual Liberty.’
CONCLUSION
Essentially what you have is an entire generation separated from the values of freedom. Most of the populace has been compartmentalized, entire classes of civilization leading vastly different lives. As a consequence, it can be challenging to find a common ground especially after how everyone in our generation has been raised to climb and step over everyone else to get to the top. Those who get to the top and understand the nature of the beast realize its corporate structure is completely absent any free thinking employees. Here we have a complete recipe for disaster. After impoverishing a society, the elite structure will promote division to facilitate a ‘reset’ of power structuring. The challenge for these types of events is for the public stay informed and to keep the communication open, honest, and transparent.
In closing it is worth recognizing that nothing has been covered about the private prisons or the lobbying system for lawmakers, only for the reason that this subject will be addressed in a separate article. But it should be noted court systems have been polluted and monopolized with the implementation of the BAR, with corrupt lawyers covering for corrupt judges, all of them covering for botched policy. While corporations get a free pass to experiment on civilization, the citizens suffer. We must completely restore the peoples the ability to consent freely without intended consequences if they choose to not participate. Service corporations will not get to force consent any longer under a decentralized economy. Decentralized protocols is a step in the right direction toward addressing these foundational issues discussed in this article.
For consent is the test by which all morality is measured, in the truest sense. In the real world where men and women do not pander to the fantasies of liars, the foundation of morality is The Law. If one intends peace, then morality is centred in the inherent duties of the First Protector of The Law. If one intends war then morality is centred in the inherent duties of the First Violation of The Law.
Duty is required to keep men and woman answerable to The Law. Our duty is unity and peace.
The Law is Free Will.
The First Protector of The Law is Freely Given Consent.
The First Violation of The Law is Theft of Consent.
