Below we have listed the different roles we would like to have on the Musicoin project:
Development
We’re looking for developers from all experience levels, the most important thing for us is that they are motivated and eager to learn. Musicoin is a great place to learn cool new stuff which could help to find any future work as well. We’re mainly looking for the experiences listed below but if you’re great in other areas and want to join let us know!
- Full stack developer: html/css/javascript/react for frontend, nodejs, express, web3js, mongodb for backend. You could either choose an area to work on or just work on multiple parts where needed.
- Solidity / web3 developer: solidity/web3/hardhat/ethers: review our smart contracts and test them, preferably someone who knows a lot about smart contract security practices.
- Dev-ops: Ubuntu server, docker, kubernetes, git workflows, CI/CD
- Helpdesk support: until relaunch you will be testing and getting to know the system. You will support users that are struggling, raise issues to the dev team and weigh in on new features.
- project manager: someone who has experience managing development teams and get the best out of the developers
Marketing
- Social media manager: someone to manage our pages on facebook, instagram, twitter, … Must have good knowledge on how to use these platforms and have some strategies on hand to get the word out there for all to see.
Ambassadors
We’re looking to start our ambassador program again. An ambassador is a musician who is enthusiastic about our platform and willing to help onboard other musicians from their local community. Ambassadors work together with the team on ideas for future releases and collect feedback from end users. They also act as a role model musician on our platform and spread the word to other artists who want to distribute their music in a fair way.
