Études-tableaux pour la guitarre: V. Harpe éolienne [Philip Daniel; 2020]

By PhilipDaniel | Musica Melopoetica | 17 Apr 2020

Fifth in a series of virtuoso etudes for guitar. A technically challenging, harmonically labyrinthine song-without-words evoking an Aeolian Harp (a harp the strings of which are strummed by the wind).

The painting in the video is "David Playing the Harp to Saul" by Nikolai Mikhailovich Plyusnin.
