Aequale "Ritornello" [Philip Daniel; 2020]

By PhilipDaniel | Musica Melopoetica | 21 Oct 2020

An intricate, yet compressed, Aequale for two soprano bugles, two alto bugles, and B♭ Sousaphone that veers between joy, bombast, melancholy, angst, and even sarcasm. The finale, in some sense an epilogue, of the first volume of Aequale.
