Currently, Ed Sheeran is one of the best singer/song-writer in the soft rock genre and his success shows it. I have been his fan for some time now and I can see he's evolving and improving his craft with every song he makes. Before I get into my selection of his top 10 songs, let me give you some info on him.
How He Started
Edward Christopher Sheeran was born in West Yorkshire, England in February, 1991. He then moved to Framlingham, England and started to work on his music writing passion at an early age.
By 2011, he managed to release his first EP which helped him get signed by Asylum Records. In September of the same year, he release his first studio album '+' '(Plus)'.

In 2011, he released his first studio album called '+' '(Plus)'. Although it was his first album, it managed to do phenomenally great that it was responsible for catapulting his career. It contained great tracks like 'You Need Me, I Don't Need You', 'Lego House' and 'A Team'.

In 2014, he made 'X' '(Multiply)'. The album was number one on the Billboard charts and considered to be one of his greatest work. The songs 'Bloodstream', 'Sing' and 'Thinking Out Loud' are few of the tracks that made the album great.

His third album came in 2017 and it was called '÷' '(Divide)'. The album won a Grammy Award for best pop vocal album and did also well world wide. 'Shape of You', 'Perfect' and 'Happier' are some of the great songs on the album.

'No.6 Collaborations Project' is his fourth album and it was released in 2019. The tracks 'South of the Boarder', 'Cross Me' and 'Take Me Back to London' were few of the songs that made the album standout.

His fifth album is '=' '(Equals)' and it was released in 2021. It contained amazing song like 'Shivers', 'Bad Habits' and '2 Step'.
