The Biome for the Roughrock Keep has been completed as we get ready to launch the beta playtest for our game, Mortegard.
Mortegard is a Play-to-Earn, Decentralized Kingdom Building Game built for the Polygon Network. In the game, players are given the opportunity to own castles and their surrounding land (represented as ERC-1155s). Players build an empire, harvest resources (as ERC-20 tokens) and build and protect the future of the broken land of Mortegard.

Carved from rough-hewn stone, this castle was built before the modern iron structures dwarves are now known for. Built in the center of a lakebed, dust and sand replace what was once a giant reservoir. Remnants large and small of creatures that once lived here can be seen scattered throughout the sandy wasteland.
Iron deposits are plentiful in the mesas surrounding the castle, but high salt concentrations have made it so anything woody has a difficult time getting a foothold.
An amphibious easter egg is hidden within the wasteland, though you will need extremely keen eyes to find it.

The Roughrock Keep is now available for purchase on Opensea.
On our Discord we are presently running an ARG for players to earn a legendary castle.

Our website has plenty of information to learn more about the game and world of Mortegard, and our Whitepaper is the best bet to get a deeper understanding of the game prior to launch.
