Mortegard is a play-to-earn decentralized kingdom builder built for Polygon, due to release mid-Q1. Players own castles and generate tokenized resources through the development of their land and participation in game mechanics.
In our newly released video featured below, we have footage of our client beta, running live on our programmer's system.
The Obsidian Castle and its biome is placed, and developments (held in a wallet and represented as ERC-1155s) are then placed into the game map on the land attached to the Obsidian Fortress.
In the footage you can also see the crafting and dismantling window with actual resource costs, Courtier placement and dialogue, and the help overlay.
Please note some art and sound effects are still placeholders.
Dev Updates:
- Client is functionally finished and ready for internal testing
