Sing His praises loudly!  His love and His wisdom are gifts to us all!  

It's funny how quickly God acts.  I say it's funny because in some cases it feels immediate, instantaneous.  Other times, not unlike the face of a mountain, the slow effects of radical change can only be observed over time.  

Only with God it is never a superficial thing.  His changes are momentous and permanent. Instead of making everything seem to appear fine, sweeping the problems under the rug, God will bring about the lasting impact up change needed.  

To grow bigger and stronger than we ever have before, a pruning of the things that takes away from His glory must occur.  These things steal from our true purpose.  They pivot us against ourselves and God.  Many of these things we deeply love.  And it is because of our love of these things that God, in his love, takes them away.
