Raise your praises high, lift your hands to the Lord! For the time to celebrate is now!

Ever been confronted with a situation where you could clearly see something was not what it seemed? Just simply being in the moment produced that feeling of being off?

In those moments I'm often blasting through scenarios in my mind, rattling off reason in the situation that may make the most sense. Most of the time, my own opinions and experiences cloud the logical reasoning. Things that only would make sense for my life seemingly magically apply to complete strangers.

It's like that concept of common sense, but that it's not that common. We all possess some level of common sense, but it always seems to get trumped by the selfish desires in the moment.

What makes sense for me, may never make sense for you. And the same for you may never makes sense to me! Unless we are willing to submit our "perfect understanding" in the moment, and realize the heart and mind seek peace and refuge from the pain and suffering.

Of anything in this this world I am absolutely certain, it is that I'm am absolutely certain about this one thing: We are the children of God, blessed in this world, charged to stand against the world and bring hope and peace to the world.
