Over the last few posts, we’ve looked at how postmodernism fails logic, crashes into science, and falls for obvious hoaxes. But the most dangerous consequence of throwing out objective truth isn’t academic. It’s moral. Many people like postmodern ideas because they think it promotes tolerance. If nobody has the absolute truth, nobody can force their views on anyone else. It sounds liberating, but the reality is exactly the opposite.

If you destroy the concept of objective facts, you destroy the only weapon the powerless have against the powerful. Consider how an oppressed group or a regular citizen fights back against a corrupt government or a massive corporation. They don't do it with a more fashionable narrative. They do it with facts. When a company poisons a town's water supply, the victims can fight back with the truth. They will win by proving, as a matter of undeniable chemical fact, that the water is toxic.

If postmodernism is right, and all truth is just a matter of perspective or power, then a victim's claim of abuse has no more objective weight than the oppressor's denial. It just becomes a clash of opinions. And in a world where facts don't exist and only opinions matter, the side with the most money, the biggest platform, and the loudest microphone will always win. Justice requires a standard of reality that sits completely above human politics. Without facts, there is no way to hold power accountable.

I hope this should do it. I hope that we should all agree now. Let's not use postmodern thinking when engaging with the world around us. It's a dead end. Don't do postmodernism.
